| Second trip to Squaw Valley for a Mini Meet (first time was in 1987, and the first MMW for the green Mini) This is one of my favorite locations for a Mini Meet. This is also the year I put the Green Mini up on 2 wheels (numerous times) during the autocross. I did finish first in the autocross, but what was even more special about this meet was winning the first ever Eric Linquest award for best spirit at the meet, in honor of the late Eric Linquest, mini owner, who died earlier that year in a autocrossing accident.
